No no no. Do not go here. The office staff is endlessly friendly and professional but the owner is unscrupulous and not a man of his word. We had a simple repair done on our van. My husband was out of town and it suddenly died. He had someone where he was look at it and the engine had damage from Christian Bro's repair. CB had it towed back for us and after looking at it agreed the engine had irreparable damage from a mistake they had made. They wanted to total our van and only offered us 2k for it. We said we wanted it repaired as we did not want to have to pay the difference for a replacement van. At first they fought, then said they would replace the engine. When we got the van back, it turns out the owner lied and only replaced a couple of parts on the damaged engine. For almost a year following we had it in and out of their shop because of ongoing problems and each time begged them just to do the right thing. I felt badly for the people with whom we spoke on the phone because we could tell they were embarrassed our situation was being handled in this way. Brought my car in for a brake job and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was fast, thorough, and kept me in the loop the entire time. They explained exactly what needed to be done, gave me a clear estimate upfront, and had the work finished quicker than I expected. Communication was top notch from start to finish. Went in for engine replacement. Quoted me literally double what I paid for a worse used engine than I was able to get installed driving just 20 minutes south down Binford. Waited for the work to be completed at the other unnamed place that I won’t name because I want this to be considered a legitimate review and not some advertisement. They were kind to me, seemed professional, and I can’t speak to their work so 3 star but I will say cost needs seriously examined. Whatever price was going into their labor was absolutely astronomical because the engine price I paid was still on par with what they were discussing on cost that would go into buying that. They quoted me about 12.3k installed for an 80k mileage used engine and I ended up paying 6.3k installed for an engine with 60k plus mileage and warranty. The thing that really got me was that the person I was speaking with at Christian was telling me how crazy expensive a new engine was at about 7k so they would get me a used engine with over 80k miles on it then dropped about 12.5k on the estimate. If you read this.. just think about that for a second, he didn’t tell me the price of this used engine in comparison but with that total

Christian Brothers Automotive in Fishers provided excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, polite, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Their shuttle service made everything extremely convenient, and I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the experience. Their customer service was wonderful, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and reliable automotive shop.

My experience with CBA was excellent. The guys are all very welcoming. The few times I've been in, they have gotten my car serviced quickly. This last time though was for a bigger repair and I couldn't be more at peace knowing the issue is taken care of. From the honest diagnosis to the shuttle rides to the timeliness of completing the job. I took my car in on a Tuesday and it was completed by the end of the day Friday, which we thought it would take closer to the following Monday. Sean honored to waive a fee and honestly, it was the cherry on top. As a woman, I need an autoshop I can trust and CBA is trustworthy. Thank you!
